I hide behind this mirror

I hide so that all you can see is your reflection

I want you to see beauty

To see yourself

I hide behind this mirror

I hide behind this mirror

I hide because I am scared

Scared to see myself

That I have faults

That I make mistakes

That I might be worthy of forgiveness 

I hide behind this mirror

I must face you

I must face the world

I must see myself

And in doing so I find that we are all worthy
